摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of three-dimensional intensity modulated radiation therapy and conven-tional radiotherapy in patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods 66 cases of patients with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital from May 2007 to May 2013 were selected,and were divided into study group (34 cases) and control group (32 cases) according to different radiotherapy scheme,three-dimensional intensity modulated radiation therapy was taken to study group,conventional radiotherapy was taken to control group,the short-term efficacy and toxicity of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of study group was 91.2%,higher than 65.6% of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The incidence of side effect of study groups was 38.2%,lower than 87.5%of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of esophageal carcinoma,the effi-cacy of three-dimensional intensity modulated radiation therapy is better than conventional radiotherapy,and the inci-dence of toxicity is lower,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
