Abstract
Objective To disscuss the influence of cesarean section and vaginal delivery on the recent complication of delivery woman. Methods 1878 delivery women delivered in our hospital from July 2010 to June 2012 were selected and they were divided into the vaginal delivery group (n=782) and the cesarean section (n=1096) on the basis of the re-quirement according to the delivery mode.The incidence rate of complication in the two groups was compared. Results There was no statistical difference of postpartum uterine rupture in the two groups (P>0.05),the incidence rate of puer-peral infection,postpartum hemorrhage and urinary retention in the vaginal delivery group was obviously lower than that in the cesarean section group respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion Cesarean delivery way can significantly increase the incidence rate of postpartum complication,the incidence rate of postpartum complication of vaginal delivery is obviously lower,and vaginal delivery should be promoted.关键词
