摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of trace feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking on feeding in-tolerance in preterm infant. Methods 90 preterm infants with feeding intolerance were randomly divided into the two groups,45 patients of the treatment group of were given trace feeding in early stage combined with non-nutritive suck-ing,while 45 patients of the control group were conventional feeding. Results The time of recovering to the birth weight and being up to the full amount of enteral nutrition in the treatment group was obviously shorter than that in the control group, the total bilirubin level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,albumin level in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group respectively (P<0.05).The incidence rate of gastric retention>30%of milk amount,abdominal distension,vomiting>3 times in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group,and the feeding intolerance rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Trace feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking applied in preterm infant can improve the tolerance of enteral feeding,improve nutrition,promote growth and development of preterm infant.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
