Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of loop electrosurgical excisional procedure (LEEP) combined interferon gel treaing cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Methods 112 patients with CIN treated in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2013 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into the control group (receiving simple LEEP treatment) and observation group (receiving LEEP combined interferon gel treatment) according to the random number table method.Immunoglobulin,T cell subgroup level and the negative conversion ratio of HPV-DNA in the two groups were compared. Results Serum IgG,IgA,IgM,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ level after treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group respectively;CD8+level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The negative conversion ratio of HPV-DNA after 6,12 months treatment in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion LEEP combined interferon gel can improve patients’immune function,reduce HPV-DNA infection rate.关键词
