摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze effect of aciclvir eyedrop and ganciclovir ophthalmic gel in the treatment of herpes simmplex keratitis. Methods 80 patients with herpes simmplex keratitis were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 40 cases.The aciclvir eyedrop was used in control group,ganci-clovir ophthalmic gel was applied in treatment group.The effect of two groups was compared. Results Total efficacy rate of treatment group was 95.0%,total efficacy rate of control group was 87.5%,with statistical difference (P<0.05).Treat-ment time of treatment group was (13.60±3.51) days,treatment time of control group was (18.27±4.47) days,with statisti-cal difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis is superior to aciclovir eyedrop.关键词
