Abstract
Objective To study clinical effect of vinpocetine combined with Shuxuetong in the treatment of chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency. Methods 138 patients with chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency in our depart-ment from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into three groups,each group of 46 cases. Vinpocetine combined with Shuxuetong were used in group A,vinpocetine was applied in group B,Shuxuetong was used in group C.Medication of three weeks,the effect of three groups after treatment of 7 days and 21 days were observed and compared. Results FIB level in three groups after treatment of 21 days was lower than that before treatment re-spectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Blood flow velocity of BA,RVA and LVA in three groups after treatment of 21 days was faster than that before treatment respectively,group A significantly faster than group B and group C re-spectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Total effective rate in group A was higher than that in group B and group C respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The improvement degree of blood flow velocity and effect in combination group are significantly better than that monotherapy group,show the effect of combination therapy is superi-or to single drug.关键词
