Abstract
Pathogenesis of pressure sore is long-term oppression on the local tissue,poor blood circulation,then lead to hypoxia,ischemia and poor nutrition,eventually induce soft tissue ulceration,even necrosis.Pressure sore and Chinese literature mentioned "mat sore" relatively close.In recent years,with the increase in bedridden patients,family environ-ment of patients and lack of knowledge on the disease,the hospital pressure sore patients also will be increased.On the one hand,patient’s body was battered,on the other hand,the high medical expense to patients and their families brought greater psychological burden.So good prevention and care of pressure sore is very important and necessary.In modern medical point of view,the pressure sore prevention has two meanings,one is preventing new pressure sore,the second is to prevent deterioration of existing pressure sore,while the latter is more important.In clinical care,it is crucial that symptomatic treatment of the primary disease,at the same time,the effective implementation of the six ground work.关键词
