摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the association between plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and severity of coronary artery vessels in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 90 patients carrying out coronary angiography diagnosed as coronary heart disease in our hospital from January to December 2013 were selected,and were divided into stable angina pecrotis (SAP) group,unstable angina pectoris (UAP) group and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group.Gensini score was taken according to the result of coronary angiography (CAG).The plasma BNP levels of different groups was mesasured. Results The plasma BNP level of SAP,UAP and AMI group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05);BNP level in AMI group was higher than that of SAP and UAP group,the difference was significant (P<0.01).The level of plasma BNP increasing more,the Gensini score tended to higher (P<0.05).The level of BNP was positively correlated with Gensini score (P<0.01). Conclusion The plasma BNP level can be a good parameter to predict the severity of coronary vessels atheroma.关键词
