摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of skull bore drainage and small bone window craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral. Methods Clinical data of 58 cases with hypertensive intracerebral were retro-spectively analyzed.27 cases were treated with small bone window craniotomy as small bone window group,and 31 cases were treated with skull bore drainage as drainage group.Short-term efficacy and long-term efficacy in two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment of 1 month,total effective rate of drainage group was higher than that in small bone window group (P<0.05).After treatment of 6 months,good rate of Glasgow outcome scale score in drainage group was higher than that in small bone window group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with small bone window craniotomy,skull bore drainage in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral shows better short-term efficacy and long term efficacy.关键词
