改良成人男性接尿器固定方法在尿失禁中的应用效果
Application effect on improved fixing method of urine receptor for adult male in urinary incontinence
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application effect on improved fixing method of urine receptor for adult male in urinary incontinence. Methods 120 patients used the male urine receptor were randomly divided into routine group and improved group,each group of 60 cases.In the routine group,the urine sleeve of the urine collector was sheathed with the penis,and then the drainage bag was hanged on the edge of the bed.In the improved group,the urine sleeve was add an adjustable elastic,mobile fixator,then the drainage tube part of the male urine collector was fixed in the inner side of the thigh by adopting "holding platform"+"S" type.Incidence rate of urine collector degloving,urine collector leakage of urine,incontinence dermatitis and urine bacterial culture result in two groups were evaluated. Re-sults Incidence rate of urine collector degloving,urine collector leakage of urine,incontinence dermatitis in improved group was lower than that in routine group respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.01).Urine bacterial culture result between two groups was compared,with no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Improved fixing method of urine receptor for adult male can effectively reduce incidence rate of urine collector degloving,urine collector leakage of urine,reduce incontinence dermatitis,improve the quality of the life and the quality of nursing care in patient with uri-nary incontinence.关键词
