摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of dynamic external fixation bracket and locking compression plate fixation in treatment of comminuted distal radius fracture. Methods 70 patients with comminuted distal radius fracture were se-lected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,the observa-tion group was treated with dynamic external fixation bracket,while the control group was treated with locking compres-sion plate fixation,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The excellent and good rate of fracture reduction and Dienst wrist function score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group respectively (P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reaction of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistical (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with locking compression plate fixation,dynamic external fix-ation bracket for the treatment of comminuted distal radius fracture has better effect,and it is worthy of promotion.关键词
