Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of transabdominal amnioinfusion in treatment of preterm premature rup-ture of the membranes. Methods 72 patients with preterm premature rupture of the membranes treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the different methods of treatment,conventional method of treatment was taken to control group,transabdominal amnioin-fusion surgery was given to experimental group,therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared. Results The natural childbirth rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,operation rate was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The delivery time of experimental group was (13.4±2.9) h,shorter than (20.3±2.5) h of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05);the neonatal Apgar score of experimental group was (8.2±2.3) points,higher than (8.0±1.9) points of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The in-cidence of adverse events of the experimental group was 30.56%,lower than 58.33% of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence rate of preterm premature rupture of the membranes is high,the effect of transabdominal amnioinfusion operation is ideal,it is worthy promotion in clinic.关键词
