Abstract
Objective To study the long-term effect and safety of tegafur, gimeracil and oteracil potassium combined with oxaliplatin (SOX) in the treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods 70 patients with advanced gastric car-cinoma admitted into our hospital were selected and evenly divided into the observation group and control group ac-cording to the random number method.The observation group was treated with SOX combined chemotherapy,while the control group was treated with the FOLFOX6 regimen of oxaliplatin (OXA),calcium folinate (CF),and fluorouracil,the effect of chemotherapy,the expression rate of p-p53,p21,and pATM gene in advanced gastric carcinoma,perioperative index,and survival time in the progression of disease,and mean survival time,and the incidence of adverse reaction in the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group,the effective rate of chemotherapy was 45.7%,while in the control group,it was 40.0%,which didn’t display a statistical difference (P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in genetic expression rate of p-p53,p21,and pATM in advanced gastric carcinoma as well as perioperative index (P>0.05).The survival time in the progression of disease and mean survival time in the observation group were remarkably longer than those in the control group with statistical differences (P<0.05).After chemotherapy,adverse reaction of leukopenia and injury of the liver and kidney and so on doccurred in both groups,which didn’t show statistical differ-ence (P>0.05). Conclusion Chemotherapy regimen of tegafur,gimeracil and oteracil potassium combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma can obtain a long-term effect having tolerant adverse reaction due to chemotherapy for patients with lower incidence rate of leukopenia in classificationⅢ-Ⅳ,and prolonged survival time.It has a remarkable clinical application value.关键词
