贝那普利联合丹参注射液治疗高血压心脏病合并心力衰竭的临床效果
Clinical effect of benazepril combined with Danshen injection in the treat-ment of hypertensive heart disease complicated with heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of benazepril combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease (HHD) and heart failure. Methods 98 patients with HHD complicated with heart failure admitted into our hospital from January 2011 to March 2014 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into the control group (n=49) and observation group (n=49) according to the draw random sampling method after admission.The control group was given benazepri1 tab1ets orally,5 mg every time,once a day,while the ob-servation group was given Danshen injection intravenous infusion based on the treatment of the control group,10 ml ev-ery time,once a day.7 days were a course of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate,the icidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups were compared.Related clinical indexes of DBP,SBP,HR,LVEDD,LVESD, LVEF and 6 min walking distance of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment,there was no statistical difference of related clinical indexes in the two groups (P>0.05),after treatment,the related clinical indexes of the pa-tients in the two groups were significantly restored.The HR,SBP,DBP,LVEDD,LVESD of the observation group were sig-nificantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05),and LVEF of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,6 min walking distance of the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group (95.92%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.55%) (χ²=7.18,P=0.015),and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group (10.20%) was higher than that of the control group (8.16%),but there was no statistical difference (χ²=0.122,P=1.00). Conclusion Benazepril combined with Danshen injection can effectively improve the related clinical indexes of the pa-tients with HHD complicated with heart failure and the total effective rate is significantly higher than that of the pure medicine and safety is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
