Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of acetylcysteine auxiliarily treating infantile pneumonia. Methods 78 children with penumonia treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected and they were divided into the the two groups according to the principle of digital random grouping method,and there were 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with acetylcysteine on the basis of the conventional treatment.The treatment effect,the time of pulmonary rale reducing and cough (sputum) in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group (97.44%) was higher than that in the control group (82.05%)(P<0.05);the time of pulmonary rale reducing and cough (sputum) in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion Acetylcysteine added on the basis of the conventional treatment treating infantile pneumonia can shorten the time of pulmonary rale reducing and cough (sputum) of children with the exact effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
