Abstract
Objective To learn usage of antibacterial drug in orthopedics department of the Second People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing City during perioperative period,evaluate the reasonableness of their medication in order to guide rational use of antimicrobial drugs in clinic. Methods According to the designed questionnaire,data of 103 cases withⅠ,II type in-cision in orthopedics department were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 103 cases with orthopedic surgery,antibacte-rial drug was used in 61 patients,the utilization rate of 59.2%.Prophylactic use rate of type Ⅰ incision was 27.8%,pro-phylactic use rate of type II incision was 93.9%.Perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics was reasonable,but there were still individual long course of medication,such as improper use of irrational drug use. Conclusion Usage of an-tibacterial drug in orthopedics department of the Second People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing City during perioperative period is reasonable,still need to further strengthen the perioperative antimicrobial drug application management,ensure ratio-nal use of antimicrobial drug.关键词
