Influence of the preventive nursing intervention in preoperative period on lower limb deep venous thrombosis after gynecological pelvic operation

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of the preventive nursing intervention in preoperative period on lower limb deep venous thrombosis after gynecological pelvic operation. Methods 106 cases recieved gynecological pelvic surgery from January 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research object and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given the preventive nursing in-tervention in preoperative period.The incidence of lower limb deep venous thrombosis,the score of life quality after op-eration and the nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results The incidence of lower limb deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was 1.8%,which was lower than 23.1% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.3%,which was lower than 84.6%of the con-trol group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of life quality after operation in the observation group was high-er than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The preventive nursing intervention in pre-operative period can significantly reduce incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in patients with gynecological pelvic operation,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
