摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore application effect of health education path in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic megacolon radical operation. Methods 68 childern with congenital megacolon were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional health education,the experimental group was given health educa-tion path.The rate of health education mastery,treatment compliance,the incidence of complication and the average hos-pitalization time in two groups was compared respectively. Results The rate of health education mastery,treatment com-pliance in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The inci-dence of complication in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The average hospitalization time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,with signifi-cant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of health education path in perioperative nursing of laparo-scopic megacolon radical operation is significant,which can improve the effect of health education and treatment com-pliance,shorten hospital stays,reduce the incidence of complications,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
