Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention after abdominal tubal ligation surgery. Methods 180 cases accepted abdominal tubal ligation surgery from October 2012 to September 2013 were selected as the control group,and 180 cases accepted abdominal tubal ligation surgery from October 2012 to September 2013 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing pre-operation and post-operation,the ob-servation group was given nursing intervention pre-operation and post-operation on the basis of the control group.The anxiety degree,clinical symptoms,the degree of pain in two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of high degree anxiety,the clinical symptoms, grade Ⅲ pain incidence in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychologi-cal state in patients underwent abdominal tubal ligation surgery,and effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
