舒适护理在血液透析患者中的应用效果分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with hematodialysis. Methods 90 cases with hematodialysis from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comfortable nursing model.The degree of nursing comfortability and satisfaction,the incidence of complication in two groups was compared respectively. Results The degree of nursing comfortability and satisfaction in the observation group was high-er than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of comfortable nursing in patients with hematodialysis is significant,which can improve the degree of nursing comfortability and satis-faction,reduce the incidence of complication,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
