蛹虫草中4种核苷的含量分析
Content analysis of four kinds of nucleotide in Cordyceps militaris
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) determining the con-tent of four kinds of nucleotide in Cordyceps militaris to provide the basis for the development and utilization of the fingerprints of Cordyceps militaris and its products. Methods Agilent C18 chromatographic column was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water,and gradient elution was used.The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 260 nm,the column temperature was 30℃. Results The standard addition recovery rate was 94.10%,92.23%, 94.97% and 103.23% respectively,relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.75%,5.40%,1.09%, 5.40% respectively of uridine,and guanosine,adenosine and cordycep for the sample. Conclusion This method can determine simply,rapidly and accurately the content of 4 kinds of nucleotide in enzymolysis liquid.关键词
