摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the role of continuous quality improvement on preventing bedsore in patients with stroke. Methods 115 patients with inevitable bedsore in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were select-ed as the control group,and it was given the traditional quality management,118 patients with inevitable bedsore in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 were selected as the observation group and it was given the method of continuous quality improvement to take the corresponding corrective measures and optimize the nursing process.The in-cidence rate of inevitable bedsore between the two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of inevitable bed-sore in the observation group (5.1%) was obviously lower than that in the control group (15.7%) (P<0.01). Conclusion Continuous quality improvement can effectively improve the management effect of bedsore of patients with stroke and reduce the incidence rate of bedsore.关键词
