摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the unreasonable drug use in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service (PIVAS) of our hospital to understand the unreasonable drug use,and to improve safety,reasonability,and effectiveness of clinical medi-cation in order to provide reference for further carrying out the centralized configuration work of intravenous drug. Methods The configuration of intravenous drug from January to September 2014 of PIVAS was classified,summarized, and analyzed. Results Altogether 156 845 doctor’s advice of configuration of intravenous drug of PIVAS were remarked on, among them,4047 prescriptions were unreasonable drug use,and the qualification rate was 97.42%.The condition of unreasonable drug use included mainly inappropriate selection of drug’s solvent,overdose use of drug,improper arrange-ment of drug’s use time (batch),and incompatibility of drug and so on. Conclusion Clinical pharmacist can respond timely the existed problem in clinical drug application so as to promote rational drug use and guarantee medication safety.关键词
