Abstract
Objective To explore intervention effect and relationship between allocation of non-professional personnel in the disinfection supply center (room) and quality of cleaning and disinfection. Methods 30 disinfection supply room of grade II and Ⅲ hospital in our city from March 2012 to September 2013 were investigated and divided into group A,Group B,Group C,according to the allocation of non-professional personnel.The relationship between different propor-tions allocation of non-professional personnel and quality of cleaning and disinfection was analyzed,the qualification rate of cleaning and disinfection quality monitoring before and after the standardized training intervention. Results The qualification rate of naked eye observation and protein residues detection in group C before intervention was lower than that in group A and Group B,the qualification rate of naked eye observation and protein residues detection in group B before intervention was lower than that in group A, with significant difference(P<0.01).The level of ATP biological fluo-rescence detection in group C before intervention was higher than that in group A and Group B,the level of ATP biolog-ical fluorescence detection in group B before intervention was higher than that in group A,with significant difference(P<0.01).The qualification rate of naked eye observation and protein residues detection in each group after intervention was higher than that before intervention,the level of ATP biological fluorescence detection in each group after intervention was lower than that before intervention,with significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion The professional training system is not performed,there is a certain relationship between allocation of non-professional personnel in the disinfection sup-ply center (room) and quality of cleaning and disinfection,the higher proportion of non-professionals,the lower quality of cleaning and disinfection.After standardized training,the quality of cleaning and disinfection of non-professional person-nel is significantly improved.关键词
