摘要
Abstract
Retrospectively review the clinical data of 2 cases of patients with lymphadenoma effusions with high adenosine deaminase,to explore the significance,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lymphadenoma effusions from tu-berculous effusion.Adenosine deaminase level of two patients is higher than threshold value,primary diagnosis misdiag-noses as tuberculous pleural effusion.Nontuberculous effusions should be considered for those with high effusion adeno-sine deaminase activity but incongruent clinical manifestation or laboratory examination.关键词
