影响粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效的相关因素分析
Related factors analysis of the effect of dust mites drops for the treatment of allergic rhinitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the related factors of the effect of dust mites drops for the treatment of allergic rhini-tis. Methods 326 patients with allergic rhinitis whose the allergen for dust mites from January 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analysed,with the therapy of dust mites drops under the tongue administering desensi-tization.The effect was evaluated by the symptoms and signs.The single factor and multiple factors method was used for statistical analysis. Results Age,multiple allergens,duration,rules of drug therapy,medication,with sinusitis,period of treatment was the related factors to affect the treatment of allergic rhinitis (P<0.05).Age,rules of drug therapy,a course was independent factor to affect the treatment of allergic rhinitis (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapy of dust mites drops for treatment of allergic rhinitis should be early,ruled,and with enough courses.At the same time,the symptom such as those with allergic rhinitis,sinusitis should be treated properly,which can improve the effect of desensitization therapy.关键词
