Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of benign ovarian cyst. Methods 80 patients with benign ovarian cyst who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into laparoscopy group and laparotomy group.Curative effect between the two groups was compared. Results Surgical time,activity time,time of passage of gas and hospitalization time in the la-paroscopy group was shorter than that in the laparotomy group,amount of blood loss was less than that in the laparotomy group,pain score was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The incidence of com-plication in the laparoscopy group was 0,lower than 15.0% in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,level of growth hormone and cortisol of two groups increased compared with before treatment (P<0.05),and aparotomy group increased more (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with laparotomy,laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian cyst has advantages of small trauma,fast recovery and less complications.Laparoscopy is also able to reduce patients’stress level during perioperative period,maintain the stability of internal environment,and promote faster recovery.关键词
