Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on treating severe bronchial asthma. Methods 78 cases of patients with severe bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from December 2013 to De-cember 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into research group and control group by computer.Conventional method was taken to control group,non-invasive positive pressure ventilation was taken to research group on the basis of conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in research group was 94.87%,higher than 76.92%in control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The respiratory rate,heart rate,blood pressure,partial pressure of blood oxygen,oxyhemoglobin saturation,and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in research group was superior to that in control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy,combination of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation is more ideal on treating severe bronchial asthma,and can remarkably improve patient’s symptom and sign,which is worthy of positive expansion in clin-ical treatment.关键词
