Abstract
Objective To study the correlation of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and hormone in patients with unexplained infertility. Methods 18 patients with unexplained infertility treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were selected as observation group,while 18 healthy people were selected as control group.At the se-cretory phase,the expression of VEGF of endometrium of the two groups was detected based on the immunohistochemi-cal streptomycin avidin-SP method.At the 3-5 day of menstrual cycle and secretory phase,the venous blood of two groups was drawn.Based on the isotope radio-immuno-assay,the level of FSH,LH,E2,T,P and PRL was detected.The positive rate of VEGF and hormone level of two groups was compared while the correlation between VEGF and hor-mone was analyzed. Results The expression of VEGF of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). At secretory phase,the level of E2 and P of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05);the level of PRL of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05);FSH,LH and T of two groups had no significant different (P>0.05).For observation group,the expression of VEGF and the level of FSH,LH,T and PRL at menstrual cy-cle,and the level of E2 and P at secretory phase had no correlation (P>0.05). Conclusion The unexplained infertility may be correlated with VEGF of endometrium;at secretory phase,the reduction of estrogen and progestin may cause the pa-tient’s infertility.However,VEGF and hormone content at different phases is not significantly correlated.关键词
