Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopy and conventional surgery in the treatment of biliary calculi. Methods 86 patients with biliary calculi treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into open surgery group and laparoscopy group,with 43 patients in each group.The open surgery group was given with conventional laparoscopic surgery for treatment,and the laparoscopy group was given with mini-mally invasive surgery by laparoscopy for treatment.Curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of laparoscopy group was 94.3%,higher than 81.4% of open surgery group,the difference was signifi-cant (P<0.05).The operation time,hospitalization time of laparoscopy group was shorter than that of open surgery group, bleeding was less than that of open surgery group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has a significant effect on biliary calculi.关键词
