Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of high volume continuous blood purification therapy on early sepsis with acute kidney injury. Methods 104 patients with early sepsis secondary to acute kidney injury were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and there were 52 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional therapy, the ultrafiltration rate of observation group was set at 70 ml/(kg·h),the control group was set at 35 ml/(kg·h),the clinical outcome between two groups was compared. Results APACHEII score, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine,procalcitonin,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor and C-reactive protein level in observation group was lower than that in control group respectively after treatment, renal function recovery time and ICU length of stay in observation group was shorter than that in control group respectively, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion High volume continuous blood purification can more effectively treat sepsis-induced acute renal injury in early, which filtering effect is stronger, can improve clinical outcomes for sepsis.关键词
