摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate application effect on cervical dilatation of balloon in full-term pregnant women. Methods 134 full-term pregnant women admitted to our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were selected as re-search objects and randomly divided into two groups.The oxytocin was used in control group,cervical dilatation of bal-loon was applied in observation group.The cervical ripening and induction of labor condition between two groups were compared. Results The cervical ripening condition of observation group was better than that of control group,with sta-tistical difference(P<0.05).The time of induction in observation group was shorter than that in control group,with statis-tical difference(P<0.05).Incidence rate of neonatal distress and asphyxia between two groups was compared,with no sta-tistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The cervical dilatation of balloon applied in full-term pregnant women has a significant effect,can safely and effectively induced labor,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
