Abstract
Objective To compare the advantage and shortcoming of X-ray and ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of urinary calculus. Methods 215 cases with urinary calculus from July 2010 to July 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research object.X-ray and ultrasonic examination was given.The outcome of X-ray and ultrasonic examination was statistically analyzed,the diagnostic accordance rate in two examination methods was compared. Results The diag-nostic accordance rate of ultrasound examination was 88.37%,the diagnostic accordance rate of X-ray examination was 87.44%,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).The diagnostic accordance rate of urethral calculus and cystolith in X-ray examination was higher than that in ultrasound detection,with significant difference (P<0.05).The diagnostic ac-cordance rate of ureteral calculus and kidney calculus in ultrasound examination was higher than that in X-ray detec-tion,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic and X-ray examination have their own advantages in the diagnosis of urinary calculus,the reasonable way is adopted according to the actual situation of patient.Combined with the diagnosis may be implemented in necessity,in order to improve the diagnostic accordance rate.关键词
