Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Sini Sijunzi decoction treating chronic gastritis of type liver depression and spleen deficiency. Methods 60 patients with chronic gastritis of type liver and spleen defi-ciency treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group was treated with modified Sini Sijunzi decoction,while control group was treated with conventional western medicine.After 4 weeks treatment,the curative between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in experimental group (93.3%) was significantly higher than that of control group (76.7%) (P<0.05);TCM syndrome integral of two groups after treatment was obviously decreased,and TCM syndrome integral of ex-perimental group was obviously lower than that of control group (P<0.05);there was no statistical difference of the inci-dence rate between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Modified Sini Sijunzi decoction treating chronic gastritis of type liver depression and spleen deficiency can improve obviously the curative effect with small side effect and high aafety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
