Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of extension nursing intervention on medical behavior compliance and life quality of elderly patient in department of orthopedics. Methods 90 elderly patients with fracture from January 2010 to January 2012 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional discharge health guidance,the observation group was given extension nursing intervention.Medical behavior compliance and the quality of life score after discharged from hospital in two groups was compared. Results The rate of medical behavior compliance in the observation group after discharged from hospital was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The quality of life score after discharged from hospital was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Extension nursing can enhance the compliant behaviors of elderly patient in department of orthopedics,im-prove the life quality of patients.关键词
