Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of continuity of care model in patient with stroke and the influence on life quality. Methods 110 cases with stroke from January 2011 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the research group and the control group,54 cases in each group.The research group was given continuity nursing intervention mode,the control group was given routine care mode.The Barthel index,the degree of nursing satis-faction and the score of life quality in two groups was compared respectively. Results The Barthel index of the research group at 1,3,6 months after discharge was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The degree of nursing satisfaction in the research group was 98.2%,which was higher than 85.5% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The score of life quality of mental state,housework,family relations,work and economic as-pect in the research group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of continuity of care model in patient with stroke is significant,which can effectively improve pa-tient’s daily life ability and life quality.关键词
