Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing intervention in patients with liver puncture and biopsy. Methods 100 cases implemented liver puncture and biopsy from January 2010 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidence rate of anxiety and fear,pain degree,treatment compliance,satisfaction degree of patient in two groups was compared respectively. Results The incidence rate of gradeⅠ,II,Ⅲanxiety and fear in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of gradeⅠ,IIpain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The degree of treatment compliance between two groups was compared,with no statistical difference (P>0.05).The degree of satisfaction in the observation group was 98.0%,which was higher than 80.0% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can reduce the degree of anxiety,fear and pain of patients,improve the degree of satis-faction and treatment compliance,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
