自体血循管在透析治疗中的应用效果观察
Application effect observation of autologous blood circulation tube in dial-ysis treatment

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of autologous blood circulation tube in dialysis treatment. Methods 140 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were se-lected as research objects and divided into test group and control group according to random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.Routine hemodialysis process operation was used in control group,autologous blood closed cir-culation pipe for 10-15 minutes after conventional pre punching new dialysis tube and pipe was used in test group,rate of first use syndrome(FUS) between two groups was observed,change of BUN,SCr,ALB,CO2CP before and after treatment between two groups were compared. Results Control group accepted 828 times of dialysis,the occurrence of FUS was 23 times(2.78%),the test group accepted 852 times of dialysis,the occurrence of FUS was 5 times(0.59%),there was signifi-cant difference between two groups (P<0.05);After three moths of treatment,BUN,SCr,ALB,CO2CP had significant differ-ence between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Autologous blood circulation tube can effectively prevent the occurrence of FUS during the course of hemodialysis,it decrease BUN,SCr level of dialysis patients,improve the level of ALB, CO2CP and the safety of the hemodialysis as well as reduce medical cost objective,is worthy of application and promo-tion in clinic.关键词
