Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Diyushengbai tablets combined with granulocyte colony-stimulating fac-tor (G-CSF) in the treatment of leukopenia after malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods 122 patients with leukopenia (white blood cell count<3.9í109/L) after malignant tumor chemotherapy from February 2011 to February 2013 in our hospital were evenly divided into combination group and single drug group.In the single drug group,only G-CSF was injected,while in the combination group,oral administration of Diyushengbai tablets and injection of G-CSF were ap-plied.Number of days of G-CSF,minimum value of white blood cell decreasing,incidence of infection,and incidence of adverse reaction after treatment were observed in two groups. Results In the combination group,G-CSF was used for (3.54±1.23) days,lower than (5.32±1.02) days in the single drug group.The minimum value of white blood cell count in the combination group was (1.67±1.23)í109/L,much higher than that in the single drug group,which was (0.55±1.42)í109/L.The incidence of infection in the combination group was 3.28%,lower than 13.11% in the single drug group.Two groups mentioned above all displayed statistical differences (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference (P>0.05) in in-cidence of adverse reaction in the combination group (9.84%) and the single drug group (13.11%). Conclusion Diyushengbai tablets combined with injection of G-CSF in the treatment of leukopenia after malignant tumor chemotherapy has advantages of short course of treatment,high curative effect,and good safety,it is worthy of populariza-tion and application.关键词
