Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of transurethral resection of bladder tumor and partial cystectomy in treatment of bladder cancer. Methods 44 patients with bladder tumor treated in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group (12 cases) and observation group (32 cases) according to the type of surgery.Partial cystectomy was given to control group,transurethral resection of bladder tumor was taken to observation group.The intraoperative and postoperative indicators,the incidence of complications between two groups was compared. Results The amount of bleeding during operation in observation group was less than that in control group,the operation time,bladder irrigation time,indwelling catheter time and hospitalization time in observation group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Postoperative complication rate was 6.25% in observation group,lower than 41.67% in control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumor in treatment of bladder cancer can reduce the bleeding during operation,de-crease the incidence of postoperative complication rate.关键词
