Abstract
Objective To analyze local recurrence and its influencing factor analysis on young breast cancer by breast conservation therapy. Methods Clinical data of 375 patients with breast cancer treated in breast surgery department of our hospital from January 2008 to October 2011 were collected by self-made questionnaire,the outpatient follow-up and telephone follow-up for 3 years were used for follow-up.The clinical data of breast cancer patients were analyzed in order to understandhe local recurrence and its influencing factor analysis on young breast cancer by breast conserva-tion therapy. Results The local recurrence rate of young breast cancer patients by breast conservation therapy was 14.40%.Age≥35 years old,operation cut edge≥2 mm,lymph node metastasis were the risk factors of local recurrence in patients after breast conserving surgery.Specification radiation and chemotherapy after surgery was protective factor of the local recurrence on young breast cancer by breast conservation therapy. Conclusion The local recurrence rate of young breast cancer patients by breast conservation therapy is high.Its local recurrence is influenced by various factors, we should take corresponding prevention interventions to reduce the probability of patients with postoperative local re-currence and improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
