超声乳化吸除术联合人工晶状体植入治疗年龄相关性白内障的临床效果
Clinical effect of ultrasonic emulsification gettering technique combined intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of age-related cataract

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of ultrasonic emulsification gettering technique combined intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of age-related cataract. Methods 86 cases (108 eyes) patients with age-related cataract treated in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2014 were selected and were treated with ultrasonic emulsification gettering technique combined intraocular lens implantation.Patients were followed up for 3 months after operation,visual acuity improvement and complication after operation of patients were observed. Results Along with the change of time,visual acuity of patients were gradually improved patients after operation;there was no statistical differ-ence of corneal astigmatism after 30 and 90 days operation compared with before operation (P>0.05),intraocular pres-sure after 30 and 90 days operation was obviously decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.05);there were 8 eyes with corneal edema,7 eyes with anterior chamber flare,and they were subsided within 1 week,and the total incidence rate of complication was 16.67%. Conclusion Ultrasonic emulsification gettering technique combined intraocular lens im-plantation treating age-related cataract can effectively improve the patients’vision,and the method is safe and effective.关键词
