Abstract
Objective To study effect of surgical resection and postoperative pressure treating ear keloid. Methods Clinical data of 98 patients with ear keloid treated in our hospital from February 2011 to November 2013 were retro-spectively analyzed,and patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=49) and control group (n=49).Control group was given conventional surgery,while observation group was treated with surgical resection and postoperative pressure,the treatment effect of between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.9%,among them,33 cases (67.3%) were cured in stage Ⅰ,13 cases (26.5%) late healed,3 cases (6.1%) were in-valid after operation,while the effective rate of observation group was 79.6%,among them,27 cases (55.1%) were cured in stageⅠ,12 cases (24.5%) late healed,10 cases (20.4%) were invalid after operation,and there was a statistical differ-ence of clinical effect of two groups (P<0.01).There was 1 case (2.0%) with recurrence in observation group,9 cases (18.4%) with recurrence in control group,and there was a statistical difference of recurrence rate between two groups (P<0.01).There was 1 case (2.0%) with infection in observation group after operation,2 cases (4.1%) with infection in control group after operation,and there was no statistical difference of incidence rate of complication between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of surgical resection and postoperative pressure treating ear keloid is significant with lower recurrence rate and low infection rate after operation,and few adverse reaction.It.关键词
