Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with montelukast in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods 70 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumo-nia admitted to Pediatrics Department of Chenghai District People’s Hospital of Shantou City from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group, the control group were treated with azithromycin,the treatment group were treated with montelukast adjunctive therapy on the basis of control group,the clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared. Results The disappearance time of fever,cough and hospital stay of treatment group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was signifi-cant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.71%,higher than 77.14% of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin combined with montelukast in treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children can shorten the course,the effect is significant,is worthy of clinical application.关键词
