摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of bifidobacterium triple viable and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 125 cases of children with infantile diarrhea treated in our hospital from Octo-ber 2013 to June 2014 were selected,who were treated with bifidobacterium triple viable and montmorillonite powder, and were as experimental group;125 cases of children with infantile diarrhea at the same time were selected as control group,who were treated with lactasinum biofermin and Vitamin B complex.The clinical effect between the two groups was compared. Results The disappearance time of abnormal stool,fever,abdominal pain,vomiting,diarrhea of experimen-tal group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of experi-mental group was 97.6%,higher than 83.2% of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of bifidobacterium triple viable and montmorillonite powder in treatment of infantile diarrhea is satisfied,is worth clinical reference and application.关键词
