依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗急性心肌梗死后缺血/再灌注损伤的临床效果
Clinical effect of edaravone combined with Danhong injection in the treat-ment of ischemia-reperfusion injury after acute myocardial infarction

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of edaravone combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of ischemia-reperfusion injury after acute myocardial infarction. Methods 60 patients with ST-segment elevation myocar-dial infarction (STEMI) from January 2011 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given the treatment of an-tiplatelet treatment,lipid regulation,urokinase thrombolysis,anticoagulation,betaloc,captopril,and nitrate esters,the obser-vation group was treated with edaravone and Danhong injection on the basis of the control group.The course of treat-ment in the two groups lasted 14 days.The recanalization rate of coronary vessels,the level of creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB),the incidence rate of cardiovascular event like reperfusion arrhythmia in two groups was compared respectively. Results There was no statistical difference in vascular reperfusion rate between two groups (P>0.05). The peak value of CK-MB was in advance in the observation group in comparison with that in the control group.The incidence and mor-tality of reperfusion arrhythmia and severe heart failure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of edaravone and danhong injection can reduce the occurrence rate of ischemia-reperfusion injury after intravenous thrombolysis in patients with STEMI as well as improve the prognosis.关键词
