Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of platelet-rich plasma combined with Chinsese medicine in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 120 patients with chronic eczema in our hospital from May 2012 to September 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with platelet-rich plasma combined with Chinsese medicine,the control group was treated with cetirizine com-bined with halcinonide cream.The treatment effect and recurrence rate in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.2%,which was higher than 79.0% in the control group,with significant dif-ference(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,with significant dif-ference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of platelet-rich plasma combined with Chinsese medicine in the treatment of chronic eczema is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
