2型糖尿病患者口服药物治疗现况分析
Analysis of the current situation of oral drug treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes

Abstract
Objective To analyze the blood glucose control of oral drug treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes in Shunde area and analyze the adverse effect factors in order to provide the necessary reference for the prevention and treatment work of the type 2 diabetes in the region. Methods From September 2010 to December 2012,patients with type 2 diabetes in Shunde area were studied and the basic data was collected through questionnaire.HbA1c≤6.5% and HbA1c<7% were respectively used as the blood glucose control standard criteria.The compliance rate of blood glucose control in patients of different age,the course of disease,degree of culture and treatment scheme were compared.The ef-fect factor of blood glucose compliance was analyzed through Logistic regression analysis. Results The number of pa-tients who reached the blood glucose control standard was 126 cases (63.00%),but the patients who didn’t reach the blood glu-cose control standard were 74 cases (37.00%).Non compliance rate of the patients over 70 years old (56.25%) was obvious-ly higher than that of the patients below 70 years old (27.94%) (P<0.05).Non compliance rate of the patients with course of disease >10 years (72.41%) was obviously higher than that of course of disease < 5 years and 5-10 years (21.95%, 39.33%respectively);higher non compliance rate of patients did not receive education (43.59%) was obviously higher than that of patients receiveing higher education (13.64%);non compliance rate of combined use of the 3 drugs (68.42%) was significantly higher than that of single drug and combined use of 2 drugs (43.68%,24.47% respectively) (P<0.05).Logis-tic regression analysis showed that age,diet control,time of combined use of drug,a reasonable diet,exercise,education or not was the independent risk factors influencing blood glucose reaching the standard. Conclusion The compliance rate of blood glucose control in the patients with type 2 diabetes remains to be improved.The main factors affecting the com-pliance rate include age,exercise,diet and education lev-el which should be paid more attention to.关键词
