中西医结合护理在老年肺炎中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of combination nursing of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in senile pneumonia. Methods 62 cases with senile pneumonia from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given con-ventional medical nursing,daily nursing and mental nursing.The observationa group was given Chinese medicine nurs-ing,Chinese massage nuring and dietary guidance of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.33%,which was higher than 77.42%of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of patient self-testing at 7 d and 14 d after nursing in the observationa group was higher than that the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination nursing of Chinese traditional and Western medicine can effectively improve the nursing effect and quality in patient with senile pneumonia.关键词
