摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative nursing on the modified uterine incision cesare-an section in the treatment of complete placenta previa. Methods 52 cases with complete placenta previa from August 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,26 cases in each group.All patients were implemented the modified uterine incision cesarean section.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given perioperative nursing.The outcome of maternal and neonatal in the perioperative period in two groups was compared. Results The morbidity rate of complication in periop-eration period in the observation group was 11.54%,which was lower than 23.08% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss,the fetal childbirth time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The proportion of 1 min Apgar score<6 points and 5 min Apgar score<6 points in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of perioperative nursing on the modified uterine incision cesarean section in the treatment of complete placenta previa is significant,which can effectively reduce the incidence rate of periopera-tive complication,prevent postpartum hemorrhage,improve maternal and child health.关键词
